Good morning, Atlanta! Time for your daily weather update straight from the National Weather Service in Peachtree City, Georgia.
Today, we're looking at mostly cloudy skies in the morning, but don't worry, the clouds will gradually clear up by midday. Expect a high near 66 degrees with a north wind blowing at 10 to 15 miles per hour, gusting up to 25 miles per hour.
Tonight, get ready for clear skies with a low around 41 degrees. The northwest wind will continue at 5 to 15 miles per hour, gusting as high as 20 miles per hour.
As we head into Friday, sunny skies are on the horizon with a high near 71 degrees. A gentle west wind around 5 miles per hour will keep things pleasant.
Looking ahead to the weekend, Saturday will bring more sunshine with a high near 76 degrees, but be prepared for a slightly stronger southwest wind at 5 to 15 miles per hour, gusting up to 25 miles per hour.
Saturday night stays mostly clear with a low around 54 degrees, setting the stage for a mostly sunny Sunday with temperatures reaching up to 81 degrees.
Starting the new week, Monday will be partly sunny with a high of 82 degrees, but Monday night may see a 10 percent chance of showers after 3 am with a low around 65 degrees.
