Good morning, Atlanta! This is your weather whisperer bringing you the latest forecast that's cooler than a winter morning's breeze.
Today, we're starting with some widespread frost before 10 in the morning, but don't worry - the sun is going to break through and warm us up to a crisp 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Expect a gentle northwest wind dancing around 5 miles per hour.
Tonight, we'll see a partly cloudy sky with temperatures dipping down to a chilly 33 degrees Fahrenheit. It's going to be calm and quiet out there.
Looking ahead to Friday, get ready for a sunny day with temperatures climbing to near 51 degrees Fahrenheit. The northwest wind will pick up a bit, blowing between 5 to 15 miles per hour, with some gusts reaching up to 25 miles per hour. So maybe hold onto your hats!
The weekend starts cold - Saturday will be sunny but cooler, with highs around 43 degrees Fahrenheit and those persistent northwest winds.
Sunday brings a bit of excitement with a 30 percent chance of showers after 1 in the afternoon. Temperatures will bounce back to around 51 degrees Fahrenheit.
By Sunday night, those showers become more serious, with an 80 percent chance of precipitation and temperatures around 37 degrees Fahrenheit.
Monday continues the wet trend with a 50 percent chance of morning showers and mostly cloudy skies.
