Alright, folks! Let's dive into the weather report for Washington DC over the next few days.
Today, we're looking at sunny skies with temperatures soaring near 97°F. The winds will start calm but will pick up to about 6 miles per hour from the southwest later in the day.
Tonight, it will be mostly clear with a low around 77°F, and a gentle southwest wind blowing at about 8 miles per hour.
Tomorrow, there's a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon, with a high near 95°F. Heat index values could go as high as 102°F, so stay cool and hydrated! South winds will be blowing at 7 to 9 miles per hour.
As we head into the rest of the week, expect more chances of showers and thunderstorms, so be prepared with your umbrellas and raincoats.
