Dr Malia leads the leadership people management and learning practice as the CEO and Managing Partner at The Firm. Prior to this he has worked in diverse companies like Godrej, GE, Coca Cola and Essar in India and overseas.
In this podcast Dr Malia shares his insights into why people reflect siloed behaviours, how they impact an organisation and the role of leaders within a siloed environment. He also shares a legendary story when an adversity breaks organisational silos bringing different stakeholders together in fire fighting.
