Ashwin Bharath is the CEO and co-founder of Revature, a tech career launch pad and the largest employer of entry-level technology talent in the United States. Since starting the company in 2004, Ashwin describes the growth and impact Revature has demonstrated in the industry, now operating with over 2,000 employees and over 12,000 successful job placements for young software engineers. Ashwin explains how the intensive training and placement process offered by Revature is closing the opportunity gap in tech and supporting the future of work.
