Who Uses A Director Of Football?

In Episode 2, Onwards and Upwards, Pa Jackson's and Renzo Rivero's South American experience is going from strength to strength.

Pa Jackson's Cerro continues to be a rollercoaster. As Tom has fell in love with a swashbuckling 4-1-4-1 formation that ensures action at both ends of the pitch. Will Cerro's all action total-football lead to promotion to the Uruguayan top flight, and a first title on Pa Jackson's (and Tom's) resume? Or will Jackson's vision of ideal football fail to translate across a full season?

Whilst Renzo (and Lewis) are still on the edge of a precipice in the Chilean second division with Arturo Fernandez Vial. Will they get the points they need to survive with a challenging encounter against top of the league Universidad de Concepcion up next? Or will Lewis suffer the same fate as Tom (with Pa) and need to pack Renzo's bags for pastures new?
