Ash and Joe welcome Deb Coviello of Illumination Partners LLC. Deb is known as the “Drop in CEO” who helps construct solid foundations for companies to build their business. She helps startups, small businesses, and mid-size organizations who want to move to the NEXT LEVEL. by implementing her "Framework of One" breaking down the business macro down into the micro.
Deb also stresses the importance of listening to her clients and getting to know them as people. If the stakeholders are just perceived as cogs in the machine, it will prove disastrous.
The Collective discusses the importance of creating content and leveraging LinkedIn. Deb says she is always on a perpetual interview. People may not need her services now but she will be top of mind when they do. Trust and credibility through her content has been established well in advance.
