Hello everyone, this is Austin and Cade from the WPB consulting podcast. Our vision at WPB is to connect our listeners and clients to high performance practitioners to promote and inspire health and wellness that will aid listeners in improving lifestyle performance for now and into the future. On today’s podcast we will discuss some areas of programming and RESEARCH with fellow scholar and strength and conditioning coach Nate Kubik. Nate is now finishing his Masters in Kinesiology the University of Northern Iowa in December and is currently a powerlifter, personal trainer, and owner of NK Training Systems.
