She is the epitome of resilience. Her journey began at 19 when she lost her father to cancer, followed by the accidental fentanyl overdose of her only sibling a year and a half later. In the span of a few years, she also endured the losses of her uncle to suicide, her grandmother, and her mother to a rare cancer. Despite these profound losses, she turned her grief into motivation, starting a podcast to share her experiences with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Each episode explores her journey through grief and features guests who offer their expertise.
