Hadrat Abdullah ibn Amr ibn Al Aas (ra) Session 16 A Guardian for the unlettered... (Ahmad). The Messenger ﷺ is described in the Torah... You are My servant & My Messenger ﷺ and I SWT have named you Mutawakkil (one who relies upon Me alone). You are neither ill-tempered, hard hearted nor one who shouts in the marketplace. You do not resist evil with evil, but rather forgives and overlooks. Allah SWT shall never take him ﷺ from the world until he makes straight the crooked people by saying "Laailaha illallah.' By him ﷺ shall Allah SWT open blind eyes, deaf ears and veiled hearts (Ahmad). The Messenger ﷺ whilst receiving divine revelation would react as follows... Breathing would become difficult Face would become pale Feeling of weariness Feeling faint till the point of death Cold beads of sweat would emerge Teeth would clatter Sound of buzzing honeybees Surah's Hood (11), Waqiah (56), Mursalaat (77), Naba (78), At Takwir (81) have made me old (Tirmidhi). Whoever wants that he should see the Last Day as one would see it with one's own eyes should recite Surah Takwir (81), Infitaar (82) & Inshiqaaq (84) (Tirmidhi). Therefore stand firm as you ﷺ are commanded and those with you and transgress not from the path (Surah Hood 11:112). The Messenger ﷺ concern for us is truly unparalleled.
