Now I admit I got really excited and gave you a lot of information. So please, pause this, take notes, ask questions and re-watch as many times as you need.
Practices I suggested as mini experiments are:
- Sense your own energy field (can you sense the right side, left side, front, back, above or below?)
- Sense your own energy field in relation to others.
Can you sense how it changes?
Remember that you might not feel your field but you can sense - did you leave your body at all? Have your emotions changed?
Your thoughts? Your posture? - Play with following your feeling and intuition.
When do you rationalize or overly-mentalize?
What is your relationship to your own intuition?
