Danny Redbard is a medicine-man of emotions.
He hosts men's circles and mixed circles, through which he facilitates shadow work and finds unconscious beliefs people carry about themselves.
In his 1-1 coaching, he uses the Spiral modality to clear emotional blocks. He also delivers group emotional clearing through his page Spirit Stories, helping hundreds of people to release pain they have stored towards themselves, others, relationships, past traumas, and the dogma of who they think they have to be, supporting them to get back in tune with their centre, so they're not dependant on a partner to hold them.
He helps people have their own emotional tools and practices to relax and support their emotional body and nervous system.
Just as we have coaches for our physical health or for our mental health, Danny provides the medicine of emotional health, which has an effect on all other bodies and all parts of a human beings life.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
