Today I give three tips to use the downtime in the winter to get ready mentally and physically for positive changes in your life.
When you are stuck inside because of the cold and the snow there is a lot of mental preparation you can do to get ready for your life. Visualize opportunities, meditate or read inspirational books and readings.
Take the time to put together an exercise routine and build better eating habits. Nothing crazy, just little changes in a positive direction.
Build better habits, get up early, get off the computer an hour before bed, stop wasting time and start maximizing it!
