As a Certified Transformative Coach, Jason emphasises the importance of a holistic approach to healing, integrating somatic investigation, and recognising the interconnectedness of body, mind and spirit.
Jason was highly medicated in a psychiatric institution by the age of 10. As a child, he used food as a coping mechanism, which later escalated to heroin addiction during his teenage years.
