Melanie is the CEO and Founder of The Catalyst Exchange, an executive coaching company based in the New York City metropolitan area.
Her mission is to bring more authenticity to the workplace by developing leaders who empower people to be themselves. She has nearly twenty years of experience in the finance industry, holding sales leadership positions at elite institutions such as Citadel and Morgan Stanley. Having a front-row seat to organizational dynamics at the highest level, she also understands first-hand the pressure to perform in intense corporate cultures. Therefore, her approach is always rooted in achieving performance goals. How she gets there is by unleashing each clients' unique gifts.
