Let’s face it, though gravity keeps us grounded it also pulls us down, from boobs to butts to bellies… If gravity were a person, you wouldn’t bring it home for Christmas. On the contrary, the Pilates Method is not only invited for a visit, it usually is asked to stay forever. As we age, this Method can be with us, cheering us on and helping to keep our fire lit.
