Is this you: externally motivated, in fear of judgement, playing by someone else's rules because you think that's the only way to get ahead?
- Get out of the disempowerment of victim mentality that keeps you in survival mode and in a state of manipulating and being manipulated by others.
- You can't be creative if you don't embrace failure and make bold gestures in life.
- Remember the brightest lights cast the darkest shadow and that instead of avoiding criticism to expect it. You're not for everyone, but it's better to be authentically you than someone who never stands out because she never stands for anything.
- Adopting a witness mindset allows you to be a curious learner who lives fully in the present moment and learns from every experience - positive or negative.
