Describe the importance of individualized treatment decision-making and shared decision-making in the management of intermediate and high-risk NMIBC. 2. Discuss the challenges associated with BCG shortage and its impact on patient care and treatment decisions. 3. Evaluate alternative intravesical therapies for NMIBC, such as chemotherapeutic agents (e.g., mitomycin C, gemcitabine), novel immunotherapies (e.g., intravesical pembrolizumab), and clinical trials.
