Today’s episode is about my experience this week with a coworker who brought American politics and racism to the workplace. I wanted to share this conversation to not only share my experiences, but to also gain understanding and knowledge from you as to how you handled such discussions or situations in the workplace. This conversation at work was very heavy and left me with a lot to think about. If you’ve ever experienced this how did you handle it? How did you decompress once the conversation was over and what are your suggestions and recommendations for if this was to happen again?
