There's no point in coming up with company core values if no one from your company remembers. What more if you have ten of them?
Even if I came up with those ten core values for my Myokinetix physical therapy company, I honestly can't identify all of them. It was hard!
So in this week's episode, I want to share how I narrowed down that list and came up with core values that really embody my company and our team.
