Sindy Warren is the founder of Blue Tree Coaching. She is a life and business coach, a Stanford Law School grad, a human resources consultant, and a published author. She is also the host of the Side Gig School Podcast. Sindy helps coaches and consultants grow their businesses so they can experience the personal and professional freedom that comes from being their own boss.
On this episode of the Becoming a Sleep Consultant Podcast, Sindy and I discussed why it is so important to stop focusing on the big end goal when you are first getting started in your business. Sindy shared:
- The value of setting micro-goals, and how those smaller goals will ultimately lead you to success
- How to strike a balance between keeping an eye on your long-term vision and reality at the same time
- That seeking out support as you grow your business is not a mark of failure. Just as sleep consultants provide accountability and support for our clients, sometimes it’s the accountability of a business coach that will get us the results we are seeking in our businesses!
