1. Self-Care: Are you prioritizing your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being? What small adjustments can you make in your daily routine to nurture yourself?
2. Forgiveness: Who or what do you need to forgive in order to release emotional weight? Try writing a letter to express your feelings, and then declare, "I forgive you, I release you."
3. Authenticity: In what areas of your life are you holding back your true self? What would it feel like to fully embrace and express your authentic self?
4. Intentions: What intentions can you set today to align with your highest vision for your life? Reflect on how you can embody these intentions throughout the day.
5. Gratitude: List three things you’re grateful for today—challenge yourself to include at least one thing that was difficult but offered you growth.
