Alex was at a point in his life where he was throwing up his breakfast because he was so stressed and burnt out from his job. He ventured off to Australia to get away from this and find himself. His father passed away and this caused him to re-evaluate his life, turning to meditation. He went and got certified to teach meditation and has been doing it ever since.
