Day 10 | Genesis 28:6–30:24 Michael and Ben explore the story of Jacob as he searches for a wife among his family's people. During the journey, Jacob fell asleep and dreamed of a ladder descending from heaven. Through this vision from God, Jacob is handed the torch of God's promise first given to Abraham, then Isaac. Jacob's relative Laban then tricks him into serving for many years in order to marry Rachel. We'll also meet Leah and see how God loved her during a disappointing time in her life.
