Shrimp Ceviche and Jasmin Treske Interview. Shrimp ceviche is a refreshing and flavorful seafood dish that’s popular in Latin American cuisine. It typically consists of raw shrimp (we are using thawed frozen shrimp) that’s "cooked" by marinating in citrus juices, most commonly lime or lemon.
