Misty and Frank in Berlin are joined by special guest Simon to talk about men, masculinity and the patriarchy. Simon discusses his journey of learning to suppress emotions and to open up about feelings, something that is absent from most boys' and men's skills sets, but why?

Simon Fokt holds a PhD in Philosophy and lectures at HTW Berlin. His academic work focuses on aesthetics, applied ethics, and metaphilosophy. His focus on taking complex philosophical concepts out of the scholarly discourse led him to adapt Aristotle’s virtue ethical concepts and apply them to modern masculinity discourse.
