- Listening with all senses
- Our body has a way to express everything to our attention. It’s all about being mindful and noticing it. Everything has a reason.
- Body language never lies
- Sit with the emotions. Accept and allow it. If you don’t let yourself go through the emotion, it will come back and bite you. Honor emotions. Give time to go through it.
- Permission to go through it for as long as it takes. Just don’t judge yourself.
- Our body is our temple
- savoring in life — do what gives joy.
- Listen to other’s voice echoing in your head.
