You have heard it said, “The truth will set you free.” This is a quote from the gospel of John, where Jesus is attributed with this statement, “If you hold on to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:31-32, NIV This is about the truth from the highest level. Truth is in fact a key to spiritual wholeness as well as freedom in the real world. In our current culture, we see so much “information” but very little “truth.” We seek to change that by living spiritual lives, as who we truly are, and telling the truth in love. This episode will elucidate the places where you may not be “in truth” and want to be. And, you will see the many benefits of the truth. Our hope and prayer is that we all will begin to both LIVE the truth we know and tell the truth in love, as both will bring us growth and freedom on the journey.
