- Women can do anything they want, as long as they put their mind and efforts into it
It’s really important to seize the opportunity - [Paraphrasing Richard Branson] If somebody offers you an amazing opportunity, but you're not sure whether you can do it, just say yes, then learn how to do it later
- World-class performers have fear and they push forward
- Coming into a boardroom from a different generation actually gives me a very different perspective
- If we start from the end goal of where we want to be, then work backward on what needs to change, that's going to give you a lot more... a lot more ways to get people to be your allies... and build that partnership to drive change
- Really taking the time for yourself to be creative... innovations are about new ideas
- Create more room for the leaders that are rising as well as give them more responsibility
