Bell Let's Talk - A Conversation with the 3 Cdn Div Chaplain about Mental Health
Manage episode 462409598 series 2927249
It's that time of year again - January - Blue Monday has come and gone and it's Bell Let's Talk. While the topic of mental health should be talked about openly and authentically all year, BLT is a good excuse to put it front and centre and have conversations that get at the heart of helping to overcome the stigma around talking about mental health, and at it's core is about getting and keeping people well. Joining me for this year's conversation is LCol Jim Hardwick, 3 Cdn Div Chaplain, and I couldn't be more excited. I hope you enjoy this in depth, heartfelt and completely amazing episode - and apologies for the background noise. The HVAC in the media room in the Crystal Palace was a little aggressive.
Below, are some resources that might be helpful to get people started on their road to mental wellness. Remember that asking for help is NOT a sign of weakness - it is a sign of strength and can inspire others to take control of their mental (or any other kind of wellness) too.
