Coping at Christmas
Manage episode 315522868 series 2968357
Christmas can be a time of great joy but it can also trigger anxiety and stress.

FORCE Oncology Support Specialists Emma Ellis and Ali Ashby share some strategies for coping.
They have also compiled a list of organisations that may be able to offer help while our Support Centre is closed for the Christmas and New Year break from 4:30pm on Thursday December 23 until 9:30am on Tuesday January 4.
