Today I’ve been really feeling some imposter syndrome feelings like who am I to create a 10 part series on happiness. Who is going to watch these videos or get anything out of this. I’m not always happy…I’m no expert but I think that's why this is so powerful. Because I’m still on the journey and this feels super vulnerable and kinda scary to put out there. I keep reminding myself “done is better than perfect” and I know some of this stuff could save someone’s life. Happiness hasn’t always come easy to me. It took me YEARS to figure this stuff out so maybe me sharing this can shave some time off your quest to find happiness.
My intention is for this to be thought provoking, maybe open your eyes to a new idea/way of thinking and overall be happier humans together
