When Tej Talks graduated and wasn't satisfied with working for other people he began his own recruitment business. The model was scalable but still tied him to hours-related work which left him with less time the more it earned. Research led him to the world of property where he now has a portfolio that pays him to work when he wants - all thanks to learning from mistakes and becoming investible by building a great brand.
