Today’s guest on Have a chat is Dave Hart a Personal Trainer and father of 2. Dave has a great sense of humour which you will notice throughout our chat.
We spoke about his journey of becoming a Personal Trainer and how he was unsure which career path he wanted to take when finishing school. Dave has now worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years and has learnt a lot about himself and which clientele he likes working with.
He has recently moved to the Central Coast after growing up on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, and is planning to open his own gym in his new community in the near future. He also shares the benefits of having an online element of coaching for this clients and the positives this has for him and his clients.
Dave also talks about the importance of family to him and equally as important is having great Dad jokes!
