Help us get Joshuah LeJarett to the Boston Marathon in 2021!
Joshuah LeJarett is an inspiring man who does not let cerebral palsy stop him from reaching his goals. In 2019, Josh qualified for the Boston Marathon as the captain of his My Team Triumph team in West Michigan.
Stephen Leppard, Josh's physical therapist, pushed Josh the entire 26.2 miles of the Metro Health Grand Rapids Marathon in about 4 hours, 19 minutes. Well under the Boston Marathon qualifying time of 6 hours for a duo team.
However, since Josh has to register as a duo team they are not guaranteed a spot in the race unless they are chosen by a duo team sponsor such as Team Hoyt or Adidas. If you need inspiration about breaking down barriers and overcoming life's obstacles then you need to listen. We hope that Josh's story goes viral in the hope that someone with a connection with the duo team sponsorships can help Josh by sponsoring his team for the Boston Marathon in 2021.
