Jane Wilkens Michael Better Than Before

Jason Alexander, of course best known for his iconic, award-winning role as George Costanza of television’s Seinfeld, has achieved even more international recognition as a writer, composer, director, producer, and teacher of acting. Along the way, he won a Tony for his performance in “Jerome Robbin’s “Broadway,” as well as continuing to guest star in both TV shows such as “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,” “Two and a Half Men” and “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” and films such as “Pretty Woman,” “Jacob’s Ladder” and “Love Valor Compassion.” He has even combined careers by playing an over-the-top drama teacher in “Young Sheldon,” and also served as the artistic director for the Reprise Theater Company in Los Angeles. On this segment, Jane and Jason will discuss his childhood, how his career came about, and the health and wellness tips that work for him.
