You may not have a choice over what is happening in your life but you do have a choice in how you choose to energetically respond, and that is a powerful thing.

We also talk about how what is meant for you will not pass you by and being at peace remembering this or something better when something doesn't go your way. The importance of remembering that is something passed you by, it was meant for you and something better is on the horizon, even if you can't see it yet.
