Welcome back to another episode of La’s Healing Garden Podcast! Born & raised in Augusta, GA, Chris Wright is the owner of GrindHouse Fitness Club located in Augusta. He is also the father of two amazing kids, Kristen & Kendall. He has been a fitness trainer for 9 years. Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur, he worked for 18 years in the Information Technology field. Chris is also co-owner of I Am The Change which is a brand that help others to believe in themselves & achieve their goals.
