Bullying. Terrifying just to even read about it, let alone when you experience it and when you discover there is none to little help for it. Well, this is exactly what our guest this week, Kerrie Patterson, had to go through. Having been bullied at work, she tried looking out for support, and found this was limited... In time, she overcame this, and part of this was due to taking up upcycling! The process of bringing a forgotten, dented piece back to life showed many resemblances to building yourself back again, and this is exactly what she does now! She has set up her own business where she helps victims of bully overcome this, by working on themselves and their confidence, discovering their inner strength and confidence, by Standing Tall (which is the name of her beautiful program!).
