Ka'imi Kuoha is a martial artist, women's self-defense instructor, and founder of OTHENTIK Gym in San Diego. Throughout her life, Ka’imi found that learning other styles of martial arts, and different disciplines like dance and yoga, helped her become a more balanced athlete. That experience led her and her partners to create OTHENTIK’s Program where students can access a well-rounded training curriculum, with world-class teachers from many disciplines, all under one roof.
At just over five feet tall, Ka'imi teaches women that size isn't everything as she walks them through the steps of sel-defense for women facing any scenario!
