The Chargers offense completely disappeared in the second half against the Falcons and part of the reason was the receivers struggling outside of Ladd McConkey. Many have wondered if offseason acquisition D.J. Chark could help fix some issues but that seems unlikely after Jim Harbaugh said he's being outplayed the other guys in the room. With the struggles of the offense and no reinforcements in sight, it's hard to imagine they can turn it around against the Chiefs. One thing is clear, it feels like they won't stand a chance if star rookie Ladd McConkey can't suit up for it. Although the team is flawed, it is very apparent that Jim Harbaugh has made major strides changing the Chargers culture and the team is ahead of schedule at 8-4.
