The Tennessee Titans made another big signing on Sunday and brought in safety Quandre Diggs. This is a good move for the Titans, but there is some downside which gets it a B+ grade. Next, the Titans, with Diggs in tow, could have the best secondary in the NFL. Finally, there is still a little more work to do as the Titans could use another edge rusher in free agency whether Arden Key is suspended or not.
