Today we talk to Dr Brian Winfrey, who has been treating clients with sports injuries for over 20 years. We talk to him about:

  • Which areas of the body are physiologically more prone to injury.
  • From a clinical point of view, which are the most damaging but avoidable injuries he sees in his practice
  • Which treatment techniques he finds are the most effective at assisting the body to heal
  • What daily prehab would Brian recommends we to do, to help against injury.
  • How ageing affect the levels, frequency and severity of fitness injuries
