Todays guest is Dr. André Graca, a registered Chiropractor practicing out of Pure Symmetry Health Centres. Dr Graca is not only aiding by helping us break the dreaded Pod-fade silence experienced over the past few months, but helps break down the steps that need to be taken for anyone interested in becoming a Chiro. He expands on how to ensure good back health and posture at the desk. he also shares the differences between Physios and Chiros and expands on the changes and developments within the field of Chiropractics in South Africa.
