Walking meditation

This meditation is a walking meditation. If you are moving you are using parts of your brain which will help you to free the rest of your mind to be present and aware. I keep trying different types of meditation hoping to help people find a form of meditation that works for them. Let me know what you like on IG @PurplePaisleyJen DM me.
