Mental health is a huge issue in our society, and often people don't know where to turn for help. Traditional Chinese Medicine or TCM and acupuncture can be great options for those looking for an alternative or complementary treatment. In this video, I talk about how Traditional Chinese Medicine can be used to treat mental health conditions as well as acupuncture for mental health.
