HI Ladies, this episode has deep meaning for me. The last thing that I would ever want to do through this podcast is give you the idea that by adding some of the tools that I teach on this podcast, that you will have a more meaningful life with God. My desire is that you would use the life coaching tools found on this podcast as a way to help yourself once you can see and understand your thoughts. Your thoughts are always the problem when you are stuck or hurting are afraid or are feeling lonely. A skill or a tool can only help once the problem is identified, specifically, which thought is it that has me here? Then we can use the tools to help ourselves move forward.
