He currently serves as President, Chief Executive and Lead Designer of Casey O'Callaghan Golf Course Design, Inc. in Newport Beach, California.

The company's focus is new golf course design, master planning, golf course restoration, and resort development projects throughout North America, Asia, and Latin America.

Casey is also a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley School of Environmental Design.

In the episode, Casey talks about starting his business in 1993, how there has been an increase in renovation projects and how the pandemic has introduced new people to the golf scene.
