In this episode, Jill and Linda are diving into the real benefits of self-care. The kind that gets you through those melty moments and helps you feel more like yourself again. The post-holiday chaos or the daily juggle of motherhood, we chat about why self-care is necessary.

Our 5 benefits are not one and done. In fact, we feel that we could have easily listed 50 benefits of self-care (which would have made a very LONG episode). Here's what you can hear about in this episode.

  • Energy Replenishment – How self-care helps you bounce back after big events (or big meltdowns).
  • Building Better Neural Pathways – Small, intentional acts of care can shift your mindset in surprising ways.

  • Understanding Yourself Better – Self-care reveals what truly fills your cup (and what doesn’t).
  • Gentler Parenting – A little care for you leads to more patience and compassion for them.
