This first podcast of Notes of Hope on Mental Health is my personal story of living with severe Major Depression, Social Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Trauma Induced Mania and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Today, I am a Licensed Mental Health Professional, but I also know the struggle. I am living proof that recovery is possible and i wanted to share how my faith, medication, talk therapy and hope kept me alive and continues to help me thrive.
